Do you want to receive your utility bill by email?
The email consent form is available below or at the RM office at 3550 Main Street. Once registered the utility bill will be emailed directly to you from noreply@weststpaul.com (Auto-Responder – RM of West St. Paul) the first week of January, April, July & October. If the bill is not received in the first week of those months please check your junk mail folder to ensure it didn’t filter there in error by your email provider. If registered you will not receive a physical billing, as the system cannot do email billing and physical mailed billings at this time. Completed forms may be emailed into utility@weststpaul.com or delivered to RM office.
