NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE MUNICIPAL BOARD OF MANITOBA
RE:RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF WEST ST. PAUL – ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2024-07 "P”
FILE NO. 24B3A-0003
IN THE MATTER OF: Rural Municipality of West St. Paul (the "Municipality”) Zoning By-law No. 2024-07 "P” (the "Proposed By-law”) amending Zoning By-law No. 2/99P. The Proposed By-law seeks to rezone certain lands located at 4041 Main Street and unaddressed parcel on Masters Avenue from "RG” Residential General to "RS” Residential Serviced and from "A4” Agricultural to "RMF-1” Serviced Multi-Family Residential 1 and "OS” Open Space.
AND IN THE MATTER OF: Appeal by the Applicant/Owner of a decision by Council of the Municipality resolving to not give a first reading of Proposed By-law, pursuant to Section 82.1(1)(a) of The Planning Act.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of The Planning Act, S.M. 2005, c. P80 and The Municipal Board Act, R.S.M. 1987, c. M240, the Board will hold a public hearing to receive representations from any person regarding the matter.
The public hearing will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and, if needed, on Thursday, July 17, 2025 and Friday, July 18, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the Seven Oaks Learning and Service Centre, 1985 Grassmere Road, West St. Paul, Manitoba.
Any interested person may make a representation on the Proposed By-law. A person who wishes to make a written and/or oral presentation to the Board must register by filing a completed Public Presenter Form with the Board at least ten (10) working days prior to the hearing.
The Board requires that a person who intends on filing a written submission must file four (4) copies of that material with the Board and one (1) copy with the Rural Municipality of West St. Paul for public viewing at least ten (10) working days prior to the hearing, failing which copies of the written submission must be provided to the Board and the parties at the hearing.

If a person wishes to have service in French, or requires an accommodation, they must notify this office 15 days prior to the hearing.
A copy of the Proposed By-law, briefs and documents concerning the matter, are available for public viewing at the Rural Municipality of West St. Paul office at 3550 Main Street, West St. Paul, Manitoba.
